Franck Barthélémi has been named the new commercial director of Leasys France, a company that provides leasing services for vehicles under the Stellantis group. He succeeds Hugues de Laage, who has moved to the business-to-business (BtoB) sector of Stellantis France. Barthélémi brings over 30 years of experience in automotive financing to his new role, which he began on October 1, 2026. In this position, he reports directly to Igor Dumas, the general director of Leasys France, and is responsible for managing medium and large accounts, as well as special sales initiatives. Before joining Leasys France, Barthélémi worked for Stellantis Finance & Services, where he oversaw BtoB activities since April 2023. In January 2025, he also took on the responsibility of network sales in the southern region of France. Speaking about his new role, Barthélémi expressed excitement about returning to a familiar environment and working with teams to address new challenges. He outlined two main priorities: delivering value to customers and supporting the commercial growth of Leasys France. Igor Dumas praised Barthélémi’s extensive background in automotive financing and his deep understanding of BtoB challenges and large accounts. Dumas also highlighted Barthélémi's close relationships with vehicle manufacturers and their networks, which he described as valuable assets for the company. Prior to his current role, Barthélémi served as commercial director at Opel Bank, further strengthening his experience in the automotive finance sector.
