Claire Martin appointed to lead Travel & Leisure

Showroomprivé has appointed Claire Martin to head its Travel & Leisure division, as announced on LinkedIn. Martin brings extensive experience in the tourism sector, having worked at several well-known companies in the industry.

Martin’s career in tourism

Martin has been a member of Showroomprivé's executive committee since June 2026. She has over 20 years of experience in tourism, having held positions at Karavel Promovacances, within the Transat Group, at Veepee Voyages, and at Carrefour Voyages.

Contributions to the Figaro Group

Since 2018, Martin has contributed to the development of the Travel division of the Figaro Group, which includes Les Maisons du Voyage and Marco Vasco. Her work has focused on expanding and improving travel services within the group.

Martin’s strategic priorities

According to the statement, Martin's mission is structured around three priorities: strengthening the quality, diversity, and attractiveness of the offers provided to members, accelerating commercial and international development, and improving performance sustainably by placing customer experience at the center.

Succession of Nicolas Gerbal

Martin is taking over the functions previously held by Nicolas Gerbal, who has moved on from the role. Her appointment is expected to bring fresh direction and focus to the Travel & Leisure division.
