A rare Kimera EVO37 number 18 will be auctioned in Zoute, Belgium, on October 9, 2026, with an estimate ranging between 890,000 and 1.16 million euros for the European market. The car, a modern restomod inspired by the Lancia 037 rally car, was produced in 2021 by Kimera Automobili under the direction of Luca Betti. The series was limited to 37 examples, all reserved for clients selected on merit. The chassis number 18 example was completed in early 2025. The original price of the Kimera EVO37 at its launch in 2021 was approximately 450,000 euros. Taking the lower end of the current estimate, the car has nearly doubled in value in five years. Some observers note that it has already more than doubled in value, according to Carscoops. The valuation now exceeds that of the Lancia 037 Stradale, some of which have sold around 770,000 euros, while another 037 reached about 600,000 euros during a recent American sale. The example being sold is particularly well-presented, with a metallic brown Luci del Bosco tone bodywork inspired by the Lamborghini Miura, combined with bronze wheels. Inside, the cabin mixes beige leather and Alcantara in a very artisanal spirit. Under the hood, a 2.1-liter four-cylinder engine with a compressor and turbo produces over 500 hp and nearly 550 Nm, sent to the rear wheels. The chassis features double triangulation suspensions and carbon-ceramic brakes on all four wheels. Kimera collaborated with well-known names from the Lancia 037 era, including engineer Sergio Limone and engine builder Claudio Lombardi. The car is expected to reach a top speed of nearly 310 km/h and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in around three seconds. The auction will take place during the Zoute Grand Prix in Knokke-Heist, Belgium.
