End-of-year promotion launched

Online bank Fortuneo has announced a major end-of-year promotion, offering new customers up to 260 euros in bonuses if they open an account by December 20, 2026. The promotion is designed to attract new users and encourage them to use various banking services offered by the bank.

Three-step bonus structure

The promotion is structured in three steps. The first involves opening a current account and ordering an associated credit card. Customers who choose the Gold CB Mastercard receive 160 euros, while those who opt for the standard Fosfo card receive 50 euros.

Unlocking the first payment

The first payment is unlocked by making five payments with the new card within 90 days of account opening. Once this condition is met, the bonus is credited within 30 days of the fifth payment.

Additional bonuses for mobility service

An additional 80 euros is offered if customers use Fortuneo's banking mobility service, neoChange, to transfer recurring payments and transfers. This service allows users to manage their payments more efficiently through digital tools.

Savings account bonus available

A 20 euro bonus is also available for the simultaneous opening of a Livret + savings account. These last two bonuses are paid in installments, no later than March 20, 2027.

Gold CB Mastercard requirements

The Gold CB Mastercard is free but requires a monthly net income of at least 1,800 euros. This makes it accessible only to customers with higher purchasing power. In return, users receive more comfortable limits and a complete package of assistance and insurance for travel.

Fosfo card accessibility

The Fosfo card, aimed at the general public, is accessible without income conditions. It allows users to avoid fees on payments and withdrawals abroad. However, it limits the welcome offer to a potential total of 150 euros (50 euros for the card and 100 euros for additional bonuses).

Retention period and penalties

Fortuneo imposes a minimum retention period of one year for the deposit account and the subscribed card. If customers close the account before this anniversary date, the bank reserves the right to deduct the exact amount of bonuses paid from their account.

Application deadlines

Customers have until January 3, 2027, to submit their complete application and until February 20, 2027, to finalize the mobility mandate. These deadlines are important for ensuring eligibility for the full range of bonuses.
