Water work schedule announced

Works on the water supply for the Étoile du Matin water tower are scheduled for the night of November 3 to 4 in Saint-Nazaire. Possible disruptions to the drinking water are possible in the west of Saint-Nazaire during the night of Tuesday, November 3, to Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Intervention details and warnings

Saint-Nazaire Agglomeration plans an intervention on the pipe supplying the Étoile du Matin water tower, located in Océanis, and is asking residents of four sectors to take precautions starting in the early evening. The renewal work is scheduled from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Affected neighborhoods and possible issues

The recommendation is addressed to residents of Saint-Marc, l’Immaculée, Villeneuve and Saint-Nazaire Ouest. These neighborhoods are located in the area where the intervention on the supply pipe may affect the taps. The agglomeration recommends limiting consumption from 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, one hour before the scheduled start of the works, and continuing this effort during the night. It also advises filling a few jugs before 8 p.m. to cover the needs of the evening and night.
