La Bagnole, a French electric vehicle, returns with new features like 24 colors, a roof tent, and a professional version, aiming to become a versatile electric utility vehicle.
Kilow unveils new features for La Bagnole
Two years after its official launch in Paris, the small electric vehicle La Bagnole from Haute-Savoie returns to the Porte de Versailles with three new features. These include a palette of 24 colors, a roof tent designed with Decathlon, and a professional-oriented offering. New color options for customization
The first novelty is a color palette of 24 tones inspired by nature. Solid colors with names like La Vague and Le Turquoise are available, along with gradients and mottled finishes called "Les Souvenirs." Kilow also offers interchangeable body kits that can be assembled after purchase, allowing owners to change their vehicle’s appearance seasonally or for different uses. Roof tent for young campers
The second feature is a roof tent developed with Decathlon, specifically adapted to La Bagnole. Designed for teenagers who can drive the vehicle from age 14, the tent is priced at 800 euros including tax. Kilow also sells a complete Camping Kit with sleeping bags, a gas stove, and other camping essentials, priced at 1,590 euros including tax. Professional version for utility use
The third aspect is the KILOW Pro, a utility version targeting professionals such as artisans and tourism operators. This version includes a new enclosed trailer and a personalization tool for printing logos on the vehicle. La Bagnole can thus serve as both a small electric utility vehicle and a mobile advertising platform. Increased production and expansion
Kilow claims a production rate of 20 Bagnole units per week and plans to deliver 600 units in 2026. The brand is also expanding into Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy, with a network of 15 dealers in France. Positioning in the market
With these updates, Kilow is expanding La Bagnole’s use cases beyond urban settings, aiming for a more adventurous and utility-focused approach. The vehicle remains distinct from competitors like the Citroën Ami and Aixam, which are also present at the show. The Kilow stand is open in hall 7.1 of the Paris Motor Show until Sunday, October 18.
