Curfew extended for minors

A curfew for minors has been extended in certain areas of the Bouches-du-Rhône department this weekend, running from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Areas affected by curfew

The curfew applies to minors not accompanied by one of their legal representatives in four communes: Marseille, Aubagne, Pennes-Mirabeau, and Cabriès.

Reason for curfew extension

These areas were previously affected by a curfew following violence on October 17. The prefecture of the Bouches-du-Rhône is implementing the curfew for the weekend of October 31 and November 1.
