At IFA 2026, Bluetti introduced a range of energy storage solutions aimed at both home and mobile use. Among the products unveiled was the Balco 500, a home battery designed to store solar energy for later use. It features a lithium-iron-phosphate battery with a capacity of 5024 Wh, allowing households to save excess solar energy generated during the day for use when needed. The device can accept up to 4600 W of photovoltaic input and offers multiple installation options, including connection via standard Schuko or Wieland sockets, integration into the home’s electrical panel, or coupling with existing third-party inverters. Bluetti stated that the battery can supply up to 3680 VA of backup power and has an IP65 rating, offering protection against dust and water jets. The company also claims the battery can endure 8000 charge cycles before its capacity drops to 70% of the original, with a ten-year warranty provided.
Alongside the Balco 500, Bluetti also introduced the BlueBot, an energy management system powered by artificial intelligence. This system monitors household energy usage, solar production, and electricity prices to optimize energy strategies. It helps users decide when to use, store, or keep energy, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency in energy consumption.
For portable energy needs, Bluetti launched the Elite mini range, offering three models with varying capacities. The Elite 30 mini has a 288 Wh capacity and can deliver 300 W, making it ideal for charging small electronic devices or lighting. The Elite 100 mini offers a larger 1004 Wh capacity with a 700 W output, while the Elite 200 mini provides the highest capacity at 2009 Wh and can deliver up to 1600 W, suitable for more demanding devices. These models are designed to be more compact and lighter than previous versions in Bluetti’s Elite V2 range, with housing sizes reduced by approximately 15 to 42% and weights decreased by 7 to 25%. This improvement aims to make the portable power stations more convenient for users on the go.
