The son of Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo, a British influencer who died in March after undergoing a fifth penis enlargement procedure, has said his father had "nothing to be ashamed of." Ubiribo, a 51-year-old Nigerian-born businessman with a large social media following, died in Bangkok from complications linked to a cosmetic treatment. An inquest at Westminster Coroner's Court found that the cause of death was a pulmonary embolism, a condition where a blood clot travels to the lungs. Traces of hyaluronic acid, a substance commonly used in cosmetic fillers, were found in his lungs, and the procedure was listed as the direct cause of death. Ubiribo, known online as Ego2222, was well-known for showcasing a luxurious lifestyle on social media, including designer clothing, high-end cars, and expensive holidays. However, his family has questioned the reasons behind his decision to undergo multiple penis enlargement procedures. His son, Junior Ubiribo, 21, has expressed confusion and skepticism about the necessity of the treatment. Speaking to the Daily Mail, Junior said his father did not have any medical condition that would require such a procedure. "No one [in the family] believes that the procedure was the cause of his death," he said. "He didn't have a micro penis, he didn't have anything to be ashamed of." Junior, an IT worker and one of Ubiribo’s eight children, added that his father had multiple partners and did not need the surgery. Junior also questioned whether the family had been given a complete account of his father’s final hours. "He's had multiple partners, he wouldn't need a penis enlargement," he said. "It's actually quite painful to read these reports about him having this surgery because he didn't need it." The family continues to seek clarity about the events leading up to Ubiribo’s death.
