Hisense has launched a new washing machine called the 7i, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to make laundry tasks more efficient and user-friendly. This model features seven sensors, an automatic detergent dispenser, a color touchscreen, and a voice assistant that responds to commands like "Hey VIDAA." The AI Super Wash program uses the sensors to analyze the type and amount of laundry, adjusting the wash cycle in real time based on factors like fabric type, dirt level, water hardness, and foam. This helps the machine determine the exact amount of water and detergent needed, making the process more precise and resource-efficient. According to Hisense, the 7i uses up to 55% less electricity and 21% less water than a standard washing program when handling a 6-kilogram load. This efficiency, combined with its 75-liter drum and 12-kilogram capacity, makes it ideal for households that do frequent laundry. The machine also includes a 6.86-inch color touchscreen with 22 different wash programs, ranging from quick wash to steam refresh, allowing users to choose the most suitable option for their needs. The 7i is designed to be user-friendly, with features that simplify the laundry process. It can be controlled using voice commands, eliminating the need to touch the screen. Additionally, the machine offers specific advice on how to treat common stains, such as those from coffee or wine. The compact design of the machine, with a depth of 59.5 cm, ensures it fits into standard spaces without requiring much room. When paired with a compatible 7i dryer, the Smart Link feature enhances the experience by transferring the washing program settings directly to the dryer. This allows the dryer to recommend the best cycle for the laundry, reducing the need for manual adjustments. Hisense's AI technology is intended to minimize the number of decisions a user has to make during each laundry cycle, ultimately reducing effort and making the process more seamless.
