Chery Group introduces iCAUR at Auto Zürich 2026

The Chinese manufacturer Chery Group has confirmed that its premium brand iCAUR will participate in the Auto Zürich 2026 event, which is scheduled to run from November 5 to 8. This event is a major automotive trade show in Switzerland, where manufacturers display their latest models and technologies.

iCAUR V27 features electric and gasoline hybrid system

The iCAUR V27, described as the first model to be marketed in Switzerland, combines an electric motor with a gasoline range extender. This hybrid system allows the SUV to have a total range of approximately 870 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle, which is a standardized test for measuring fuel economy and emissions.

Performance and features of the iCAUR V27

The iCAUR V27 is powered by two electric motors producing 455 horsepower (335 kW), enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. Additional features include an intelligent all-wheel drive system, a trunk capacity of 715 liters, and a 15.4-inch touchscreen. The SUV also includes a Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) function, which allows external devices to be powered up to 6 kW.

Price and availability of the iCAUR V27

The iCAUR V27 will be priced at 55,900 Swiss francs in Switzerland, with first deliveries expected at the end of January or beginning of February 2027. The vehicle will be exhibited from November 5 to 8 at Auto Zürich on stand V01, in the iCAUR tent located near the entrance of the Hub.

iCAUR V25 will debut in Switzerland at the event

The iCAUR V25, which was revealed in China on October 19, will also make its Swiss debut at Auto Zürich 2026. This SUV is designed for outdoor activities, offering a towing capacity of 1.8 tons and more than 20 attachment points for accessories.

Future plans for the iCAUR V25 in Switzerland

The iCAUR V25 is scheduled for a Swiss launch at the end of 2027, though no price has been announced at this time. Like the V27, it will be on display from November 5 to 8 at the Auto Zürich event on stand V01 in the iCAUR tent.
