Quartier Libre, a French travel company with more than 30 years of experience, has announced its 2027 travel collection, which includes both well-known and new destinations. The collection features classic locations such as Ireland, Swedish Lapland, Scotland, Iceland, Norway, and Italy. New destinations include Spain, with a special focus on Andalusia through its Andalusia Secret program, and Portugal, where travelers can explore the Douro Valley and the Wild Coast. In Sweden, Quartier Libre offers multi-activity stays in Swedish Lapland with guaranteed departures. The package includes stays at the Scandic Luleå hotel, located just 2 kilometers from the city center, and provides guests with cold-weather gear for the entire duration of their stay. Activities include snowmobile excursions, dog sledding safaris, ice fishing, and visits to Gammelstad, a UNESCO World Heritage village church. The program also includes cultural experiences with the Sami people, an indigenous group in northern Scandinavia, at a reindeer and elk farm. Another option in Swedish Lapland is a stay at the Pite Havsbad hotel in Piteå, a 5-star hotel featuring a spa, indoor pool, sauna, and a 3000m² aquatic park. The package includes activities such as snowmobiling, dog sledding, a Lappish dinner, and a tipi tent experience by the Baltic Sea. Additional activities include a visit to the Öjebyn village church, which dates back to the year 1500, and opportunities to meet a reindeer herder. For families, the program includes a special Christmas experience with visits to Santa Claus, known as Tomten, in a traditional wooden hut. This experience includes a creative workshop on making Christmas gnomes, a treasure hunt with a story, and a special cinema screening. The Christmas experience is available for departures on December 19, 22, and 23. Quartier Libre's offerings are designed to provide cultural immersion and unique travel experiences, with guaranteed quality and a range of optional activities such as aurora borealis cruises, fat biking, cross-country skiing, and advanced snowmobile sessions. The company operates from 35 French and bordering airports and is known for its rich activities and cultural dimension.
