Sosh's fiber internet plans in 2026

Sosh offers two fiber internet plans in 2026: the Sosh Box Fiber at 24.99 euros per month and the Sosh Boost Fiber at 27.99 euros per month. The Sosh Box Fiber includes a Livebox 6 with Wi-Fi 6E and download speeds up to 2 Gb/s, while the Sosh Boost Fiber includes a Livebox 7 SE with Wi-Fi 7 and download speeds up to 8 Gb/s.

Dual-play and single-play options

The Sosh Box Fiber is a dual-play offer that includes both internet and fixed-line telephony. The Sosh Boost Fiber is a single-play offer that includes only internet. Both plans are based on Orange's fiber network, which is known for its reliability and coverage.

Additional features and fees

Sosh's fiber plans include connection fees of 39 euros and termination fees of 60 euros. The ADSL offer includes a Livebox 4 priced at 20.99 euros per month. The Sosh Box Fiber allows customers to add a TV decoder for an additional 5 euros per month.

Sosh's mobile plans and pricing

Sosh's mobile plans cover a wide range of data volumes, from 1 Go to 300 Go, with varying prices and data allowances in Europe. However, Sosh's mobile plans are generally more expensive than those of RED by SFR and B&YOU, and they do not systematically offer 5G.

Network quality and coverage

Sosh's mobile network benefits from the quality of Orange's network, which has been ranked first by Arcep for 15 years in a row. Orange's 4G coverage is extensive, with over 32,000 4G sites, but its 5G coverage is limited, with most 5G sites operating on the 3.5 GHz band.

Customer service and flexibility

Sosh's customer service is available only remotely through chat, forums, social networks, and email. There are no physical stores or phone advisors for routine requests. Sosh's plans have no price step after the first year, which is a major advantage over Orange's plans, which often increase in price after twelve months.

5G availability and pricing

Sosh's 5G plans are available but limited compared to those of other operators. The Sosh catalog includes a few 5G plans, such as the Travel 200 Go plan at 15.99 euros per month and the 300 Go plan at 20.99 euros per month. These prices exceed those of similar plans offered by RED by SFR and B&YOU.

Price changes and eSIM compatibility

Sosh's mobile plans can still experience price increases, even without a price step after one year. In October 2026, Sosh warned some subscribers by email that their plan would "evolve." Customers can refuse the increase through their account. Sosh plans are compatible with eSIM technology, allowing for flexible device use.

Smartphone options and payment plans

Sosh allows customers to purchase new or refurbished smartphones with their mobile plan. Customers can choose to pay for the smartphone in one go or opt for a staggered payment over several months. This feature adds flexibility for users looking to upgrade their devices.
