Samsung is rolling out the second beta version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy S24, introducing four new Galaxy AI features. These features—Call Brief, My FanCam, Now Brief Custom Cards, and Now Nudge—were previously available on the Galaxy S26, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Galaxy S25. The update aims to enhance user experience by integrating artificial intelligence more deeply into daily phone functions. Call Brief is one of the most user-friendly features, providing relevant information about incoming callers directly on the screen. This includes details such as the caller's name, recent messages, and even social media profiles, helping users decide whether to answer the call with more context. My FanCam is designed for video content creators and viewers alike. It focuses on recorded videos, tracking a specific person within a sequence and automatically adjusting the frame to keep them centered. This feature is especially useful for creating focused clips or highlighting particular individuals in a video. Now Brief Custom Cards and Now Nudge further personalize the user experience. Now Brief Custom Cards compile information from Samsung Health, Samsung Weather, and select YouTube videos into a single card, which users can schedule to appear at specific times or days. Now Nudge uses on-screen activity to suggest relevant information or shortcuts, such as calendar reminders, app shortcuts, Google Maps directions, and auto-fill options, making interactions with the phone more intuitive. In addition to these AI-powered features, the update includes standard bug fixes and stability improvements. Samsung continues to roll out One UI 9.0 Beta 2 to Galaxy S24 users, refining the software ahead of its official release.
